Experience and Methodology

Dr. Erik Nelson has over ten years experience in K-12 public, private, and charter school classrooms. He also has over ten years experience in church youth ministry. He is a public speaker, researcher, and published author interested in supporting educational leaders and pastors in their experiences with occupational exhaustion and burnout.
